Learned a new technique called "dof stacking" or "focus stacking." It could be used to extend the depth of field while using a fully open aperture. Basically, I took two photographs with two different focus points and merged them together using a program called CombineZM. So instead of one focus point, I now have two, or numerous focus points.

This is my first shot using this technique of some random items lying about on my desk. I tried to emphasize the difference between the two focus points on the red and blue monsters. I'll think about other uses with this technique.
